Project Coordinator for Advancement – Advancement
Assists advancement in all aspects of running the alumni office including data entry, room reservations, social networking, maintaining alumni internet profiles, filing, and general office procedures, receiving and directing incoming calls and emails and participating in special projects as they arise within the department. This job requires a great deal of independent work and the ideal candidate should be able to manage deadlines and tasks in a timely manner. High level of organization, ability to work on tight deadlines. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
-provides administrative support to various staff of the department and special projects as assigned.
-answering phone calls and emails
-filing
-data entry
-providing support on other duties and office work as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
OFFICE EXPERIENCE strongly preferred.
Must be pleasant and be able to work independently.
Must possess excellent telephone manner and have strong customer service skills.
Ability to work well with other staff members in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be well organized.
Skill set should include Microsoft Office Suite.
Database familiarity is a plus.
Fluency in internet and social media is key.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
The candidate must possess the ability to maintain a professional attitude and have the ability to multitask.
Wages
$15.00/hr
