Develop Resources for Campus Engagement with International Students – Academic Affairs

The CIE seeks to develop better resources and training materials for departments to best meet the needs of international students. This project seeks to create a data base of a resources guide, readings, case studies, videos, and testimonials from international students to provide to units across campus. These offices may include the offices of Residence Life, student life, SGA, dining, CAE, Student Nav Center, and departments and academic programs. The data base will be utilized by offices on campus to ultimately ensure a better and more supportive campus for international students. Additionally, a curriculum for engagement in the residence halls will be developed around a ping pong table. The information could be shared through a SharePoint site. We envision one undergraduate students and one graduate student to create these materials.
