Research Assistant - Future of Work Project – Geography and Sustainability
This successful student will work with the Center for Economic Development & Sustainability in a variety of capacities including:
- networking with other institutions of higher education,
- assisting with focus groups,
- compiling and working with data,
- writing summary reports,
- exploring avenues to complete the “Future of Work” and Talent Retention projects,
- and creating presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities
1) Researching online and downloading information and data
2) Connecting with other universities and assisting with focus groups and student surveys
3) Utilize Google drive, excel and word processing software to organize data
4) Analyze data and summarize findings
5) Contribute to a summary report
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to research online.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Timeliness and dependability
Ability to think critically and assess information
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Wages
$17.00/hr
