Duties and Responsibilities
Events Assistants - Assists in providing guests with the set-up and tech needs that are requested for the various spaces that the campus community can book within department managed spaces.
Student Engagement Leaders - Provide administrative support and resources that will assist the Student Involvement and Operations department in meeting its mission. This role will support various student organizations in planning and organizing their events across campus, will monitor event requests through Presence and 25Live, and will assist with the office’s walk-in traffic.
Prior customer service and event oversight experience a plus. Independent judgment often needed to solve problems.
