Advancement Alumni Relations Office Assistant – Advancement

The Alumni Relations Communications Intern will actively support the efforts of the Advancement team and will have the opportunity to work directly with several team members over the course of the internship. Projects related to alumni relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

-provides administrative support to various staff of the department and special projects as assigned.

-answering phone calls and emails

-data entry

-providing support on other duties and office work as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Eligibility: Must be a current student at Salem State University. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
