Undergraduate Admissions Mentor – Undergraduate Admissions

General Statement of Duties:

The position offers admissions support to prospective students and families.

The primary role may include:

  • Facilitating small groups, assisting with group activities around application completion, admissions requirements and visits to campus.
  • Provide a positive student role model for other students to emulate
  • Assist prospective and new students in becoming more knowledgeable of academic policies and procedure, support services, college resources, campus organizations and college activities.
  • Provide office support with event assistance.
  • Contact program participants on a weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including general knowledge of all Microsoft Office
  • Ability to complete a time management schedule
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting
  • A 2.75 GPA or higher.

This position is for students WITH WORK STUDY ONLY
