Office Aide – Registrar's Office

The Office Aide will assist the registrar's office with day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, scanning, and indexing academic action forms, filing and organizing confidential documents, and distributing incoming mail.

The Office Aide position is open to students with a work study award only.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assists with processing academic action forms related to changes of major, minor, and concentration forms.

Scans and indexes all incoming documents related to individual student records.

Organizes and distributes registrar's office mail.

During peak periods, assists with enrollment verification requests.

Minimum Qualifications

Training is provided for scanning and indexing documents and processing academic action forms and enrollment verification requests.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Must be organized and extremely detail oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with computers and working in an office setting is preferred but not required.
