Administrative Aide – President's Office

The Administrative Aide performs clerical tasks such as answering the phone, relaying messages and assists with the president's daily schedule. The assistant also creates documents, assists with data entry, photocopying and filing. Special projects are also assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

One to two years office experience required. Ability to use personal computers, other office machines. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with minimum supervision.
