Media Services Assistant Level II – ITS, Client Support Services
The Media Services Assistant Level II will help with the organization and distribution of many types of audio video equipment to smart classrooms and other presentation spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Media department troubleshooting classroom incidents, inventory and updating media equipment. Assist with campus events. Customer Service and answering Media Dept phones.
May perform video recordings of on-campus SSU events. Use of data projectors, laptops, sound equipment, and technology classroom systems. May be asked to work on weekends, as needed, to provide support for events.

Minimum Qualifications
- We will train.
- Prior work experience is preferred.
- Able to work independently and go out to calls on their own.
Wages
$18.00/hr
